Beetles, spiders, earwigs and ants - there are all sorts of tiny creatures for nature-lovers to track down in the great outdoors.

You can find them under logs and rocks, under leaves, and in the grass. Head out into the fresh air with this hands-on activity kit and you'll be perfectly prepared to look at them more closely before releasing them unharmed.

The bug barn is the ideal environment for closely observing your little insects and allows you to watch how they move around and interact.

You can even put leaves, sticks and soil inside the barn to create a temporary natural habitat.

Insect stickers are provided to decorate the sides of the barn. There is also a ventilated insect viewer with a micro-ruler to measure and study a particular specimen.

To complete the kit, there are tweezers for hard-shelled specimens, a net for flying insects and a magnifier for close observation of smaller creatures.
